The new site, carterbraxtonproperties.com is built on the latest Wordpress platform and incorporates the popular "OpenHouse RealEstate" theme with the premium dsIDXpress integration. The IDX interface gives users direct access the the regional Multiple Listing Serivce know as MRIS, one of the largest in the US.

First web building project using sureWebBuilder, a Content Management System (CMS) offered by our hosting provider icdSOFT. A simple, nice design using one of the CMS templates. Many features were added including JavaScript slide shows and Facebook interfaces.
A site quickly developed for a heavy construction safety and staffing consultant in Kansas City, MO. Features include a slide show with fading transistions using jQuery and Javascript DHTML active menus by Milonic.
This is the best example of using MT as a Content Management System (CMS). There is not a sign of a Blog anywhere on this site. The client has complete control over the content on every page. 
Here's our personal RV Travel site built on MT 4.32 (latest MT production release). Its capability is rich and very efficient. The slide show on the home page uses the jquery script library. We also integrated an interactive Google Calendar and travel MAP.
Overlook at Greenbrier is one of my favorites for aesthetics. Built and maintained for the Property Owners Association (POA) of this Greenbrier, WV mountain community. It features both public and private (for POA members) content areas.
e-WebRealty.com was built for a new brokerage in St. Louis, MO and features significant
custom coding to provide for public use as well as back end brokerage/agent administrative use. It also features the integration of Flash Video content.
The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) website is perhaps the most comprehensive. It features dynamic content as well as a feature rich interface to Google calendar for displaying the date and time of all association activity. We also generate standard HTML content for delivering email newsletters to members.
The Raspberry Falls HOA site features both public and private "residents only" content. Designed to use the MT 4(+) platform as a Content Management System. The site enjoys a 4 ranking from Google and is the second listed on the first page using a Google search for "Raspberry Falls." The community is located in Leesburg, VA.
The Consulting Times is the official site promoting the Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE®) designation for real estate professionals. It is designed and maintained on the MT
4(+) platform and is currently undergoing a major redesign and upgrade to MT 4.32. It features extensive custom code to use Google Maps to pinpoint ACRE® members. It also has a private site built in for the ACRE® Coaching Exchange, a facility to support its
